Our topic this month will be “Provisioning, Meal Planning and Kitchen Gadgets while Cruising”. Our guest speakers, Harvey and Nancy Melfi, have sailed the Abacos and beyond for many years. They always had a goal to make sure their food was a top priority wherever they cruised. Come out to the ECSA General Meeting on April 11th at 7:00pm and learn how to have all your food needs addressed while cruising. After the program, there will be an open forum to let others know your special ways you address food on board!
